Zodiac Online Shop is an online store with a physical showroom. We ship our products throughout Europe. Naturally, you want to be sure that your order arrives safely and on time.

You can also collect your order at our location in the Randstad area, near Schiphol Airport. Most items can be shipped throughout Europe.

At Zodiac Online Shop, we ensure that your order is shipped quickly, safely and at the most competitive rate possible. As our products vary in size and weight, shipping costs are calculated based on the type of parcel. This way, you always pay the lowest possible shipping rate for your order.

Shipping costs – The Netherlands

  • Free shipping on orders over €50 within the Netherlands

  • For orders up to €50, shipping costs are €6.95

International shipping costs

For shipments to other countries within the European Union, variable shipping rates apply. These are automatically calculated during checkout.

The exact shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, depending on the size and weight of the products in your shopping cart. This way, you always know exactly what to expect.

Belgium

  • For orders of parts and accessories delivered in Belgium, shipping costs start at €9.95

  • For orders of an inflatable boat, shipping costs are €100

It is not possible to order an (foldable) inflatable boat or tube via our online shop for delivery to the countries listed above.

Order processing & delivery times

We do our utmost to process your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on business days before 16:00 (4:00 PM) are usually processed and shipped the same day.

Average delivery times:

  • The Netherlands: 1–2 business days

  • Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany and Denmark: 2–3 business days

For other countries, delivery may take a few days longer.

Shipping partners

We work with reliable carriers such as GLS and PostNL. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace link to follow your shipment.

Click & Collect – Pick-up in the Randstad

Prefer not to wait for delivery? You can collect almost all products at our location. We keep a large stock, but we recommend calling ahead to confirm availability.
