Zodiac Online Shop is an online store with a genuine showroom. We supply our products throughout Europe. Naturally, you want to know that your order will arrive safely at its destination, and that it won’t take unnecessarily long.
You can also collect your order at our location in the heart of the Randstad, near Schiphol. We ship most items throughout Europe.
At Zodiac Online Shop, we make sure your order is shipped quickly, safely, and as cost-effectively as possible. Because our products differ in size and weight, we calculate shipping costs based on the parcel type. This way, you always pay the lowest possible rate for your order.
Shipping Costs Netherlands
Free shipping from €50,- within the Netherlands.
For orders up to €50,-, the shipping costs are €6,95
International Shipping Costs
For shipping to other countries within the European Union, variable rates apply. These are also calculated automatically at checkout.
The exact shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout, depending on the size and weight of the products in your cart. This way, you always know exactly what to expect.
Belgium
- For an order of parts and accessories with a delivery address in Belgium, a shipping rate applies from €9,95
- For an order of an inflatable boat, the shipping costs are €100,-

It is not possible to order a (foldable) inflatable boat or tube via our online shop for delivery to one of the countries listed above.

Processing and delivery times
We do everything we can to process your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on working days before 16:00 are generally processed and shipped the same day.
The average delivery time is:
- The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg: 1-2 working days
- Denmark, Germany: 2 working days
- France: 2-4 working days
- Hungary, Austria, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic: 3 working days
- Italy, Spain: 3-5 working days
- Sweden: 3-7 working days
- Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovenia: 4 working days
- Estonia, Ireland, Portugal: 4-5 working days
- Finland: 4-6 working days
- Bulgaria: 5-6 working days
- Croatia: 5-7 working days
- Greece: 5-8 working days

Express shipping
Do you need an order urgently? Please feel free to contact us about the options for an express shipment. We are happy to look with you for the fastest solution.
Shipping partners
We work with reliable carriers such as GLS and PostNL. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a track & trace link to track your order.
Collection in the Randstad - Click & Collect
Would you rather not wait for your parcel? You can collect almost all products from us. We keep extensive stock, but we recommend calling in advance to check whether the desired product is available.

During the checkout process, you can choose the “Collection” option.
Returns
You have the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the product.
You will then receive a refund of the full order amount, including shipping costs.
Return shipping costs to our webshop are at your own expense (average € 7.25 per parcel).
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. Damage may lead to a reduction in value.
We will refund the amount due within 14 days after you register your return, provided the product has been received back in good order.
Follow the steps below to create your return
Step 1. Register your return
Register your return in your Zodiac Online Shop account.
Don’t have an account yet? Create one using the same email address as the one used to place the order.
Click on “My Orders”, open the relevant order and click ‘Return items’ at the bottom.
Choose the reason for return and the desired return action.
Step 2. Returning goods
Please note: always register your return first (step 1) before sending the goods back.

State the following in the email subject: Your order number / RETURN
One of our staff members will then send you the return form. Enclose this completed form with the shipment and send the parcel to:

After we receive the return, it will be processed as quickly as possible.
If you return only part of the order and the original order total then falls below the free-shipping threshold, the standard shipping costs will still be charged to you. This will be deducted directly from the amount to be refunded for the return.
Condition of the goods
You are responsible for handling the product and the shipment with due care.
All products are inspected upon arrival before we refund your money.
Any damage or loss of value may be charged.
Warranty
Step 1: Report a warranty case via your Zodiac Online Shop account.
Step 2: In the order, click ‘Return items’ and choose the return reason “Report warranty case” and the return action “Warranty: repair/inspect product”.
Step 3: We will then contact you to start the warranty handling process.
Cost of return shipping
The cost of return shipping, for both standard returns and warranty cases, is at the customer’s expense.
This applies to customers both in the Netherlands and in other European countries.
