Replaceable tubes for Zodiac PRO RIB

New Zodiac PRO tubes are designed for Zodiac’s patented, removable buoyancy system. This allows the tube to be replaced completely without modifications to the hull. This supports the RIB’s performance, safety and service life for recreational and professional use.

When to replace?

Replacing the buoyancy tube is appropriate when it:

  • is worn due to prolonged use
  • has been damaged
  • is discoloured or affected by sun and salt
  • no longer maintains the correct air pressure
  • needs renewal

By replacing only the tube, the hull remains usable and the boat’s service life can be extended.

Installation and system

The Zodiac PRO system makes replacement technically possible without structural modifications. We recommend:

  • carrying out the installation with at least two people
  • arranging additional help for longer tubes
  • carefully checking size, model and version in advance

Accurate positioning is necessary for correct sealing and a secure fit.
