Original tubes for Zodiac RIBs

Replacing Zodiac tubes is the solution when the floats of your Zodiac RIB or inflatable boat need replacement. With an original tube, your boat looks well maintained again and retains its performance. Thanks to the patented, removable Zodiac system, a tube can be replaced without major modifications to the hull.

Original replacement tubes by model

We supply original Zodiac tubes for a wide range of models, including:

Each tube is supplied in the correct size, colour and specification based on model, year of manufacture and serial number.

When to replace?

Replacing the float is often necessary when:

  • the tube loses air or has leaks that can no longer be repaired
  • the material has aged or discoloured due to UV radiation or has been affected by unsuitable cleaning products
  • the float has been damaged through intensive use
  • you want to give the RIB a refreshed look

With a new tube, you significantly extend the service life of your boat.

The removable Zodiac system

Zodiac uses a removable tube system, making replacement technically possible without structural modifications to the boat. We recommend:

  • carrying out the installation with at least two people
  • arranging additional help for longer tubes
  • carefully checking the model, year of manufacture and serial number in advance

Replacing it yourself is possible, provided you work accurately to ensure a correct fit and secure attachment.

Materials and colours

Depending on model and year of manufacture, tubes are available in various materials, such as PVC or Hypalon/Neoprene, and in a range of colour options.
